We pride ourselves on being a unique, boutique coordination business; meaning that we are accessible by social media or phone call within twenty-four hours (most times, only a few hours). When you book with us -- regardless of which package is best suited for your needs -- we close off the remainder of the weekend so that we can concentrate exclusively on you and YOUR day.

To ensure that you are getting the most premium service and care, all pricing is custom and tailored to your needs. The goal of the day is for you to be with your wedding party sipping on a mimosa, kissing your signficant other at the alter, and then riding into the sunset...{or some version of that}

Considerations to our custom pricing includes: venue location, anticipated guest count, amount of support in the wedding party, and amount of decor. 
  
*** At no additional charge {and with notice so we can clear out our car and plan to consolidate}, Peachy Keen Coordination will redistribute flower arrangements to a local nursing home or hospital following the wedding day. This is a great way for a couple to make their first, charitable donation together.

Day of Coordination

  You’ve done a lot of the legwork with DIY projects and researching all your vendors; you should be so proud! Let Peachy Keen Coordination handle the day of so that you can enjoy a time with your loved ones on one of the most important days of your lives. We’ll be the first onsite to ensure that your vendors are coordinated and your event looks just peachy!

Let Peachy Keen Coordination collaborate with you to relieve some of the workload. And rest assured that we are first &  last onsite to advocate, decorate, and coordinate. It’s our job to ensure that you and that charming spouse of yours are enjoying the day like peaches & cream.

Rather than holding off on our BFF relationship status until six weeks prior to the wedding, we will be there for you through it all.

Is Peachy Keen Coordination a One-Woman-Show?
MOSTLY, yes. However, we have a team that we source when we need some extra brains and muscles onsite for your big day. We will let you know if this is absolutely required,
but you are also always welcome to add this service on if it gives your mind peace.
Each assistant is an additional $35 per hour with a five hour minimum.
